Developed jointly by DPPA’s Innovation Cell and the Qatar Computer Research Institute (QCRI) at the Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Diplomatic Pulse , it is constructed by scraping information from at least one source of UN Member States’ internet presences, including official websites of Foreign Ministries and official websites of Permanent Missions to the United Nations.
